We are looking for a full time long term assistant to assist a team of agents in a busy and well established film, television and theatre agency in downtown Toronto. We are looking for someone with excellent time management and organizational skills, superior communication skills, and excellent phone etiquette. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Ability to multitask at a high level and proficiency with Apple computers is required. This is an entirely in-person position.

This is a fast paced and fun environment. We’re seeking a candidate that can keep up with demands of the job who can also thrive in our unique open concept atmosphere.

Entertainment industry experience is an asset.

Job details include:

Answering phones

Provide top-quality client care and customer service to clients, producers, casting directors, etc

Calendar management for our clients and staff

Maintain detailed records of client work history and personal information

Updating resumes, portfolios and client materials

Some office tidying and filing

Video editing & uploading

Occasional screenings and events

Etc – essentially the pillar that keeps all aspects of the office running smoothly
