Job Summary

Hotspex Media Agency seeks an experienced Data Analyst specializing in web analytics reporting to join our innovative team. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting, particularly with GA4 and Adobe Analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our data-driven decision-making processes, spearheading the creation and maintenance of insightful reports that support our clients' marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Spearhead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive analytics reports using GA4 and Adobe Analytics to support various digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, performance indicators, and develop custom reporting solutions.
Conduct advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
Design and implement automated reporting processes to streamline data collection and presentation across multiple analytics platforms.
Perform regular audits of reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving analytics best practices.
Mentor junior team members on analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Present data insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients, translating complex analytics into actionable business strategies.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting, with proficiency in both GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web analytics, and data visualization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery for advanced data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving analytics technologies and methodologies.
