Duties:

Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general clerical duties
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Assist with document signing using DocuSign
Conduct research and gather information as needed
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Assist with event planning and coordination

Qualifications:

Must be available on Wednesdays & Saturdays
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. We are particularly keen on candidates who are recent university graduates. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong passion, regardless of their graduation date, are also encouraged to apply.
Car is a must
Mandarin is a must
Must be an excellent driver
Excellent listening skills
Need to be extremely passionate and want a successful career
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing
Solid administrative and organizational skills to manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
