Physiomed Leaside is searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced receptionist/admin consultant. We are a multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, aqua therapy, Laser/Shockwave and more.

Job/Front Desk Duties:

- Answer phones

- Booking patients

- Taking payments and Online Billing (telus, Sunlife, etc)

- Managing practitioner load during busy times

- Opening or Closing Clinic

- Scanning, filing, faxing, etc.

All candidates MUST have at least 1-2+ years of experience in a chiropractic and/or physiotherapy clinic setting and have excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact with patients and staff on a daily basis. Having experience with MVA patients is also a great asset.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated to work as a team. Computer skills are a MUST as well as having experience working with accounts.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
