Job description

Working under the direction of the General Manager the responsibilities include scheduling, training, in-service meetings, compliance training and monitoring of all company Policies and Procedures including best practices as well as health and safety training. Ongoing inspection of the suites and common areas to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing standards are being met. Work with Facilities manager with respect to the Maintenance staff and job duties and ensure routine scheduled janitorial and maintenance duties as well as work orders are completed in a timely manner or as scheduled. Ordering product and necessary equipment within budget. Hire staff and discipline staff when necessary.
