Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Acute computer skills and the ability to navigate through Software
Negotiate repayment arrangement through gathering financial details and educating the consumer
Accurately update consumer account information
Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information
Clearly document call results
Meet minimum performance requirements
Adhere to strict security policies & procedures
Adhere to Human Resources Policies and Procedures and Provincial Regulations

Job requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working in a Third-Party Collection Agency or Financial Call Center environment
High School Diploma
Must clear a Criminal record check to hold a Collection Agent License across all of Canada
Language required: Excellent command of the English language

Conditions: As a valued member of Transworld Systems Canada Inc., you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $23 and meet job bank median hourly rate in the region for this NOC depending on skills and experience. Working hours are 40 per week. The offer is permanent and on a full-time basis. working hours per day: Schedules may vary across client assigned business, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
