About The Recruitment Team

We’re a team of Recruiters who partner with our business leaders to build and execute recruitment strategies that support the growth of Wealthsimple. We’re a full-stack team that sources, coordinates, interviews, advises, and delivers exceptional experiences, to both the teams we partner with and our candidates!

This position is a 1 year contract to support both technical and non-technical teams.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Partner with both technical and non-technical teams to deeply understand their hiring needs: You'll manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.
Provide support to hiring managers and teams throughout the entire hiring process (defining job descriptions, coaching and consulting from initial screens through offer negotiation and onboarding, etc.).
Innovate on ways to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our employer brand.
Work closely with our broader People Ops team to ensure we take into account every component of an effective and equitable search.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Can build trusted relationships with hiring teams and candidates.
Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Is eager to dive into hiring data to improve performance and/or processes: You proactively search for opportunities to improve recruitment practices.
Is extremely organized with the ability to multitask in our fast-paced environment.
Is proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (we use Lever as our ATS and GoodTime as our scheduling platform).
