Sahlani's General Garage is a small business in North York, ON M4A 1W4. We have been operating for 50+ years in the diesel repair industry. We work on fleet vehicles ranging from pick up trucks to infrastructure/vocational trucks and equipment that build the city!
Our facility has been updated in 2023 and is ready for new hires.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. We have been in the diesel repair business for 50+ years. We are a well known established company that is looking to grow with and for the people we hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is in proper working order
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or similar field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
