Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general clerical duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with document signing using DocuSign
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Must be available on Wednesdays & Saturdays
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. We are particularly keen on candidates who are recent university graduates. Candidates with relevant experience and a strong passion, regardless of their graduation date, are also encouraged to apply.
- Car is a must
- Mandarin is a must
- Must be an excellent driver
- Excellent listening skills
- Need to be extremely passionate and want a successful career
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing
- Solid administrative and organizational skills to manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
