Position Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients
- Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner
- Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations
- Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch
- Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer
Qualifications:
- Able to deliver services in both English and Chinese with work proficiency.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent
- College Diploma or higher level of education achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
- Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adopt our internal systems and software packages
- At least one year of customer service or cashier work experience.
