Your Job
With the mission of empowering small businesses to deliver customer-driven growth. Adopting a continuous discovery and customer-driven mindset, you will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Design and Engineering to uncover the most important problems to solve that bring us closer to achieving our mission, establish the best way to solve those problems, and help bring them to market.
The Product Manager is the expert and champion for their product both internally and externally and will communicate the vision and value of the product to others to drive excitement and product adoption.

Your Focus
- Execution Ninja:With a focus on helping our clients grow through marketing automation. This means movingprojects forward, overcomingobstacles, and collaborating with anyone and everyone to make things happen.
- Master Planner: Keep an eye on the big picture while juggling the details, making sure everything is ready for the next step—just like a game of Tetris!
- Research Guru: Dive into customer and competitor research to keep us informed and strategic about future moves.
- Data Lover: Analyze data to turn insights into actions, supporting our Client Success and Integration team.
- Process Improver: Always look for ways to streamline processes and boost quality, reducing time to market.
- Discovery Leader: Guide a continuous discovery plan to test assumptions, learn, and iterate at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Documentation Pro: Keep all product documentation up to date and comprehensive.
Who you are
- To do all the above, you have to be a great collaborator and communicator. This includes all kinds of stakeholders, from peers, team members, external clients, and everything in between.
- A seasoned Product Manager, you’ve got the “big three” Product skills in spades: Passion, vision, and clear communication.
- You can confidently turn a vision into a series of backlog items, and know how to sequence the work to maximize value for users.
- You can think strategically and execute methodically, and switching between the two comes naturally
- Data, we said data right? Experience with data analysis and insights would be stellar
