Wazo is currently looking for a Ecommerce Coordinator who will play a vital role in managing and growing our ecommerce business. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, managing inventory and maintaining accurate product listings.
Responsibilities
- Create Sales, Marketing and Operations Reports as required on a daily and weekly basis
- Ability to create email campaigns in coordination with a Content Creator with specific attention to detail and company image
- Ability to be Visual and Market savvy in order to assist Content Creators with visual assets to use
- Ability to create and schedule social media posts on a regular basis with a Content Creator
- Create and maintain new SKNs and Tags within Shopify
- Must be able to use Shopify to make changes to the website including but not limited to weekly banner updates, customer information and company details.
- Create and maintain Best Buy product listings in accordance with our Shopify platform products including but nit limited to images, copywriting, and product attributes, etc.
- With attention to detail, must be able to create and send Gift Cards with Management approval
- Knowledgeable of how a website works and ability to test all aspects of the website to be in working order
- Ability to accurately maintain data entry regarding product line-ups
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to communicate clearly, written and orally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of Social Media and Digital Campaigns
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines
- Ecommerce experience is an asset
- 1 year minimum experience required
