Administration & Project Coordination
- Actively manage deadlines, projects, and deliverables in a fast paced environment
- Prepare transactional paperwork such as CMAs, offers, amendments, agency forms, waivers, etc.
- Manage listings paperwork with the administrative team including Listing Agreements, Working with a Realtor, Schedule B, FINTRAC, etc.
- Create Prospect Sale and Value of Opinion letters
- Collect and deliver deposit cheques to other brokerages or clients
Listing Management
- Manage listing appointments and critical inputs including home inspections, floor plans generation photo shoots, lock box installation & removal.
- Oversee vendors and provide quality assurance (Staging, contractors, cleaning, etc.)
- Attend buyer visits, appraisals, and client-facing appointments
- Prepare, coordinate, and deliver all items necessary for a showing-ready property (Flowers, internal showing signs, Feature Sheets)
- Coordinate, prepare and deliver gifting as part the Client Care program
Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)
- Update Follow-Up Boss (CRM) with client information and initial CMA instruction notes
- Prepare property folder once CMA instruction received
- Prepare active/sold listings report via MLS for specific location
- Obtain comparables, Geo Warehouse of Property, MPAC and most recent sale from MLS
- Print comparable reports and prepare CMA packages in advance of meetings. Present to agent for review, amend accordingly
- Send out confirmation of presentation to clients one day before meeting
- Update and track the CMA Listings spreadsheet
- Keep a list of current and past CMAs for end of week report
- Enter notes once file comes back from presentation onto CRM
- Send follow-up client letters after CMA presentation
License/Certification:
- Real Estate Council of Ontario Licence

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
