At this time, we are seeking an Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with technician satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Prepare items for shipping (both inbound and outbound).
- Handle courier preparation and receiving.
- Perform light maintenance work as required.
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Maintain inventory levels while leveraging best pricing through local supplier network
- Ensure proper handling of invoices and goods.
- Provide light maintenance support.
- Demonstrate strong communication and computer skills.
Qualifications :
- Physical fitness (ability to lift and carry 41+ pounds, build displays, handle heavy material).
- Valid Driver’s license in Ontario with a clean driving record (abstract required).
- Forklift Operators certificate.
- Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing employees
- Drivers License and Clean abstract
Nice to haves:
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in supply chain management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central for warehouses
- License to operate a forklift and reach picker
- Experience working with Union and Non-Union employees preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
