High Park area based family seeking Traveling Personal Assistant in a permanent full-time role
THE JOB:
Family seeking an experienced, organized, professional, presentable personal assistant to oversee schedules, domestic employees, correspondence, travel, projects, and household management to work with busy mother based in High Park in fall and spring, with summers spent on the lake in Prince Edward County, and winters often in Costa Rica by the ocean. Housing provided while not in Toronto.
Ideal candidate will:
- have experience managing schedules and correspondence
- have a generally positive disposition and thrive in large (sometimes chaotic) family atmospheres;
- be strong in building relationships for project management and team task completion
- thrive in busy spontaneous environments and enjoy juggling many varied tasks
- maintain an organized professional rolodex and relationships with vendors and partners
- be organized and enjoy helping to maintian household organization (experience with a label maker is highly desirable);
- enjoy traveling and planning novel experiences
- generally have an attitude of “how can I help”
- enjoy figuring out novel challenges and coming up with creative solutions
THE FAMILY:
The family is based in Toronto and spends summers (June, July, and August) in Prince Edward County, and often winters (January, February, March) in Costa Rica. We have a long and successful history of excellent integration of household team members; expect your birthday to be celebrated with songs and poetry. We provide a respectful work environment, and care deeply about our team and their success.
We strictly observe professional engagement with our team; absent a dire emergency, you will not be asked to change hours at the last minute; pay and benefits are managed by professional operators with pay slips, T4’s, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
