The Michel Germain e-commerce business and marketing initiatives are growing rapidly.
About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (newly created role) who will help us to identify and execute against strategies to grow our brands profitably, with emphasis on supporting our MichelGermain.com, CRM, social media, influencers, Amazon, and overall digital marketing initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- MichelGermain.com – merchandising Shopify website, delivering strong customer experiences, communication with creative team and site developer on key launches & projects
- Marketing Calendar – working with E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to craft shareable marketing calendar that entails launches, seasonal trends, promotions, and holidays.
- Email & SMS marketing – responsible for hands-on-keyboard setup in Klaviyo
- Paid Media – responsible for communication to Meta and Google agencies, uploading new assets/content, organizing new marketing copy, updating agencies with key dates and goals.
- Social media – responsible for posting all organic content (not responsible for customer service or moderating comments).
- Influencers – communicate marketing calendar & timelines to Influencer agency, coordinate approvals, uploads of content.
- Internal Content – organize requests for artwork & content from other departments.
- Amazon – provide any needed information, images, content to Amazon agency, work with agency on Amazon strategy, product page setup, merchandising, reporting.

Qualifications:
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in a Digital, E-commerce, social media, Marketing, or similar role at a beauty company
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business, communications, digital marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience is required
- Fluency in: Shopify, CRM Platforms such as Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager
- Legally able to work in Canada
