Responsibilities:
About the role:
The Remarketing Solution Inspection Coordinator ensures inspections are done within service level expectations. This team member is responsible for completing a wide variety of complex tasks and has direct contact with other departments and external vendors. They ensure inspections are done accurately and consistently with quality assurance checks. Achieving optimal business results and department objectives in this position directly affects the financial results of the company.
- Review and analyze to ensure the most positive impact is achieved on inspection charges
- Send new inspection requests, ensure inspections are completed, analyze and follow up on vehicles that have been inspected following the guidelines established by the Leadership Team
- Ensure provincial and federal regulatory compliance as it applies to the inspection of the vehicle
- Complete special projects as requested by the Leadership Team
- Learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as needed for team member's own development as well as to improve the department's overall performance
- Provide a valuable contribution to team objectives, maintain positive relationships, take the initiative to assist others, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt well to change
- Assist other areas of Remarketing where needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Related auto industry knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and potentially stressful environment with little assistance or interaction from Team Leader.
- Expert problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships, relate to others and constructively interact with a variety of people and situations, both internal and external to the company.
- Ability to analyze, make judgment calls and prioritize work responsibilities.
- Must have a track record of excellent reliability, dependability, and ownership skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or customer service and in performing general office duties in a banking/finance related environment preferred.
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- English & French preferred
