Bespoke Metrics is a rapidly growing data analytics company dedicated to bringing, data-driven decision making and standardized analytical support to minimize risk throughout the construction supply chain. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Toronto, we have quickly expanded to over 50 employees and have acquired clients across North America. Our cloud-based subcontractor risk management software platform, COMPASS, is leading the construction sector, focusing on analytical subcontractor prequalification, standardized data collection, and deep integrations with ERP systems that better serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Targeting:
- Conduct research on General Contractors and key personnel in various geographical locations.
- Work along side the Assistant Vice President of Business Development to identify and target potential prospects.
- Book meetings with prospect General Contractors across the United States.
- Run demos for prospect clients.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and run weekly reports in Salesforce to support the Business Development team and senior management.
Content Creation:
- Create and update sales presentations in preparation for product demos.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development and Marketing teams to generate engaging content across various platforms.
Administrative Support & Collaboration:
- Create, update, store, and organize service agreements.
- Assist in organizing and participating in webinars, demos, and conferences.
- Utilize video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams) effectively for internal and external meetings.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with mass mailing software (e.g. Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of the construction industry or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Salesforce or knowledge of another CRM tool (Salesforce Preferred).
- Web conferencing experience and etiquette using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
