We are looking for a driven marketing leader to work with us as we grow our install base from 20 to 2,000+ production systems in the market.

Role Overview
The Director of Marketing will work with Mosaic’s Vice President, Sales and be responsible for the marketing function at Mosaic. This includes lead generation, branding, online presence, digital spend, trade shows, and all other marketing related areas. You will be the owner of Mosaic’s presence in the market and will have the opportunity to grow Mosaic into a globally respected brand in the supply chain industry. You will manage and grow Mosaic’s marketing team as we continue to expand our presence in our current market, and enter into new market verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Developing Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our position as a leader in additive manufacturing.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising to drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that includes thought leadership, case studies, white papers, blogs, and website content to educate and engage our audience.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to effectively market new products and features, ensuring compelling messaging and successful launches.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Use data-driven analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Partnerships and Tradeshows: Coordinate with various partners on product launches / collaborations and work with various stakeholders to organize Mosaic’s presence at industry trade shows.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has already proven themselves within early stage companies, is a strong individual performer and is able to mentor and grow a team within the marketing function. The ideal candidate is capable of taking ownership of all areas of the marketing function within Mosaic, ensuring that we are representing ourselves to the market in the best possible light.
Experiences and Competencies
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a technology-driven company, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Track Record of Results: Proven track record of hitting target metrics in key areas of your past role, and the ability to speak directly to the impact you had on achieving these metrics
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
- Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Compensation
Depending on candidate experience levels the expected salary range is $130k-$170k. Specific metrics, goals, and expectations will be aligned on and discussed during the interview process.
