Receive orders via email, etc.
· Create and manage item codes
· Create and manage Bills of Material.
· Process orders in system and acknowledge back to the customer and staff.
· Prepare formula blend sheets for production batches
· Develop production batches based on the order and Bills of Material
· Distribute information to appropriate departments to ensure timely production scheduling.
· Review production status and coordinate deliveries with Shipping Department.
· Proactively update Customers as required regarding shipping information, etc.
· Prepare customs papers when shipping.
· Review order for accuracy in pricing, etc. and forward information to Accounting for invoicing.
· Support the Customer Service Manager by preparing any reports required
· Work with sales force to monitor any requirements from customer to satisfy needs
· Work as a liaison with customer to review and resolve any issues.
· Complete all required documentation and paper work.
· Performs other duties as assigned related to order entry
Skills, Abilities & Experience Requirements:
· Post secondary education
· Excellent proven Customer Service skills for minimum 2 years in Customer Service
· Strong mathematical abilities.
· Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels.
· Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Attention to detail with excellent follow up/follow through.
