The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will learn every aspect of the LearnFormula sales process, positioning you for the opportunity to grow. We sell courses to people who need courses every year, and we believe we have the best product offering in the space with 10,000+ courses from close to 1,500 vendors in our marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- This role is a hybrid role that includes an inbound warm sales process (including cold calling and emailing), and ends ultimately when a customer is happy and onboarded and watching continuing education.
- The purpose of the role is to do whatever it takes to give a customer a great customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
- The role will including some elements of customer support, sales, working with people, providing and offering upgrades and downgrades to retain as many customers after the first year.
- You'll need to be great at communicating benefits, explaining our courses, overcoming technical, budgetary, and/or competitive sales objections to position LearnFormula products against the competition
- You'll need to be an expert at self-managing your schedule, tracking, and reporting on all activities and results using Clickup and our internal CRM (training to be provided).
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales or customer success capacity (marketing or sales background/internship experience is preferred). A do-er with success!
- Comfortable using phone/zoom call on clients/potential and existing clients to educate and offer the right products and offerings.
- Positive and energetic phone/zoom skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
- Someone who takes ownership of their career thrives when they are out of their comfort zone, and has a track record of pushing themselves to grow both professionally and personally
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- A competitive team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who can deliver results
Compensation
- We offer a healthy base salary, full benefits, dental coverage, and a bonus/commission structure with on-target earnings of $120,000 in the first year.
