Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the goal of identifying and qualifying leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Bilingual - English and French
- Experience in Business to Business lead generation and sales is required, where the experience has been mainly on hunting for new business
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inside sales.
