Attila Glatz Concert Productions, a 30-year-old established concert producer and promoter with a fully remote office structure, is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced digital marketing specialist to take on and enhance the paid and organic digital efforts of the organization’s concerts and produce analytical post-campaign reporting. This role will communicate and collaborate with senior marketing management to maximize promotional efforts in the digital world including, but not limited to: META, Google, TikTok, Mailchimp, and Spotify.
We require a minimum of two years of professional work experience in both organic and paid digital advertising.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and collaborating with our marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will perform the following duties, in addition to others as required:
Paid Digital
- Create a proposal for each PPC campaign, including start dates, approximate budget allocation, appropriate platforms, target audiences, desired creative, geo-targets, any specific strategies to conform with current best practices, copy ideas, plan for remarketing, lead generation, or potential changes in the campaign.
- Write the required ad copy.
- Provide clear instructions to the graphic designer to bring your written ad copy to life with eye-catching creative that fulfills your vision.
- Set up all META, Google, and TikTok campaigns with creative and copy. Ensure conversion tracking measures appropriate KPIs. Keep accounts organized, campaigns properly labelled, credit card info up to date, and troubleshoot any issues with the platforms.
- Prepare and submit full previews of ads for approval as required for producers prior to use.
- Use best practices to determine strongest creative and copy to push forward at any given time.
- Provide frequent updates on campaign performance and give suggestions for improvement including editing copy and creative and updating target demographics.
- Work independently to manage and spend digital budgets, determining most effective budget split between platforms, and adjusting those decisions based on performance metrics in real time.
- Provide post-campaign analysis reports for every performance on spending, CPC, and audience trends.
As the manager of our digital accounts and the person responsible for creating and monitoring the success of numerous campaigns, you will have real-time insight into which performances need a strategic reworking.
Organic Digital
- Take charge of the overall daily organic social media strategy to increase engagement and widen our audience.
- Plan and schedule posts for two accounts on their respective platforms.
- Liaise with partners for collaboration posts, contests, or other social media ideas.
- Work from our large reservoir of raw content to create original and engaging posts (Reels, TikToks, carousels, YouTube Shorts, grid photos), craft industry-related content sourced from online, and schedule posts provided by our partners and graphic designer.
