This is a full-time contract position with a salary range of $43,000 – $52,000 per annum, pro-rated over the duration of the contract. The compensation, based on experience, is equivalent to $1023.81 – $1238.10 per week over a 42-week contract.

OVERVIEW
Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Front of House Manager, this position will be responsible for delivering and overseeing service excellence to our patrons and guests during performances and events. The Hospitality Supervisor executes all aspects of events in collaboration with the Facility Management and Event Planning departments.
This is an in-person position, with an expectation of working predominantly evenings and weekends, with an opportunity to work daytime matinees.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Demonstrate and exemplify service excellence at all public-facing touch points
- Coach, train, and support all Patron Services colleagues throughout their shifts, including staff briefings
- Provide predictive client service and make recommendations on event/performance logistics and options
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve challenges and create solution-based efficiencies
- Responding to customer service situations as they occur, ensuring timely de-escalations and solutions
- Collaborate with operational leadership within the Four Seasons Centre to ensure and fortify building readiness and event standards
- Inspect and oversee spaces from set-up to strike, ensuring all in-house and rental equipment, product, furniture, and smallwares are ready for service
- Cash handling and product management, including preparing and tracking of daily sales reports
- Oversee set-up and strike of bar and concession services, taking a hands-on approach
- Conducting post-event evaluation and recommending service and logistical improvements
- Uphold compliance with house policies, government agencies, guidelines, and best practices for venue health and safety
- Administrative work as needed, including station deployment, payroll, financial data entry, inventory, and ordering of products
