FULL-TIME GROCERY STORE MANAGER! MUST HAVE GROCERY/SUPERMARKET EXPERIENCE!
We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated individual to fill the position of Grocery Store Manager for our Scarborough location. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the overall store operation.
Job Duties:
- Grocery Store Manager ensures all departments are ready for business at all times.
- Lead staff to meet store operational goals, develop positive employee culture through training to ensure quality delivery of customer service.
- Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in a supermarket or large retail environment.
- Post-secondary education and/or experience in merchandising and/or business management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
- Strong organizational abilities – able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of store systems is an asset.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
