We are looking for a full-time Coordinator, Digital Content and Engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Client Relations, this candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to increase our online visibility and engagement. Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital and social media campaigns and content for the firm’s social media accounts across various online platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, websites) ensuring accuracy and brand consistency in all posts
- Monitor and flag comments in a timely manner
- Analyze data metrics to create and maintain performance reports and propose improvements
- Monitor additional key metrics to create broad digital marketing campaign metrics reports that include data from Social Media Metrics, Google Analytics, Vuture, and third-party content aggregators (Mondaq, etc.)
- Partner with the firm’s HR team to highlight Marketing, Legal Talent, CPD and Alumni content for the firm's intranet
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to support the firm’s social media strategy, and all supporting plans, and propose improvements
- Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar of ongoing and upcoming social posts
- Conduct regular social media audits to ensure best practices are being followed
- Support overall marketing strategy and execution to hit internal KPI goals
- Offer assistance to all firm members with their Marketing needs: ensure required actions are taken in a timely manner when responding to requests; take on and assists with other Marketing projects, activities and events as needed; promote Marketing as a service/support department
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, communications, English) or other discipline that requires analytical and advanced writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel; and Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube Instagram) and related employee advocacy and engagement tools and digital communications strategies
- Law and/or Professional services firm, agency or B2B experience strongly preferred
- Possesses excellent writing and editing skills, including attention to grammar, spelling, tone and vocabulary, and strong presentation skills
- Has strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills – must have a mature, professional and personable presentation and demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
