We’re looking for…
Are you an analytical, technical, and metrics-obsessed marketing ops professional? Have you helped scale tech stacks for marketing teams, implemented rigorous reporting frameworks, and built funnels from scratch? Lillio is looking for exceptional people like you to join our RevOps team and act as a critical business partner to our Marketing team!
The Revenue Operations Team:
RevOps at Lillio (formerly HiMama) is a centralized operations team supporting our entire go-to-market org, from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success. We own the technology, processes, and data that drive efficiencies across the entire customer journey. The team is stacked with technical, hardworking ops folks—you’ll gain exposure to the entire customer lifecycle and support a wide-range of initiatives.
Your Manager:
Lillio’s Director, Business Systems & Revenue Operations believes that the key to a strong Revenue Operations team is solid partnerships with the departments they support. She highly values creative thinking, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and intrinsic drive to improve. You will work well with her if you enjoy building and iterating, are confident in your approach, and are attentive to detail.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Managing the marketing tech stack and its integration with other systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce
- Responsible for being part of the team that vets 3rd party technologies (even if you don’t own the day-to-day usage or roll-out)
- Helping marketing team members to build nurture programs and other automation programs that allow our marketing to scale
- Regular reporting and full-funnel analytics with a focus on gleaning actionable insights needed to execute successful demand gen programs, pipeline acceleration, and enhancing SDR productivity
- You will support our Demand Gen team in owning the entire lead life cycle, ensuring programs are in place to move leads through the funnel.
- Working closely with sales and marketing to implement joint sales and marketing go-to-market initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years experience in a marketing ops role
- SaaS or tech startup experience is a must
- Strong understanding of the buyer journey, the lead to opportunity lifecycle, and the B2B “funnel”
- You’re strong with Marketo and Salesforce
- Solid working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- You have a technical mindset and an analytical method for solving problems and approaching data
- You can structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
- You are curious, motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
