Your role as Group Product Manager, Provider Experience

Reporting to Cameron Moore, Vice President of Product, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the “Provider Experience” Product Stream. The mission of this stream is to enable Dialogue’s Care Providers to deliver world-class care to our members. You will be responsible for the Care Provider-focused portion of our product roadmap, which defines the priorities of multiple scrum teams within the Provider stream, including your own team and at least one other team run by a PM reporting to you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with Care team to identify the best opportunities that will help us improve our provider experience and efficiency
- Advocate for our Care team’s needs internally.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and actively influence product strategy based on their feedback.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features and enhancements on your own scrum team, and for the Provider Stream as a whole.
- Measure the impact of your feature deliveries against the user and business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, facilitating communication between various teams and key leaders among the company.
- Determine and prioritize product development goals by using a hypothesis-driven approach, making assumptions, and assessing factors like usability, value, and compliance considerations.
- Managing at least one additional Product Manager in the Provider Stream, and potentially mentoring others as a key leader in the Product org.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in product management delivering compelling user experiences that meet user and business needs, with a track record of success in owning the whole product lifecycle from ideation, vision, requirements, roadmap, specifications to release, analysis, and iteration
- Experience delivering software solutions used by medical professionals (EMR/EHR, virtual care/telemedicine…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in product development methodologies, including experience leading Scrum teams with Design and Engineering partners
- Strong user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering great impact for users and business value
- Strong data-centric mindset, eager to analyze their product outcomes
- Excellent leadership and influence skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
- Humble confidence and an open-minded, flexible approach to problem-solving
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is preferred for this position, but not an absolute requirement.
