SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solutions consultant with Active Certifications in Compensation & Variable Pay Solutions with below qualifications
- Total IT experience 8+
- Strong in SAP HCM and Success Factors and should have more than 8 years of experience.
- Expertise in Compensation and Payroll
- Very good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Design Principles & Implementation methodology
- Ability to understand Global Compensation & Incentive Planning Policies & Business requirements and translate them in Configurable system objects
- Worked as Implementation consultant in at least 2 Compensation & 2 Variable Pay projects from end-to-end perspective (Lead workshops, create solution design & Configuration workbooks, system configurations, testing, Admin & user training, Cutover and post go-live support)
- Experience in Integration of Compensation & Variable Pay solutions with Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management solutions
- Experience with creating Custom reports with various SuccessFactors Reporting tools - Canvas Reporting and People Stories
- Certification in Employee Central and Performance & Goal Management is preferred but not mandatory
- Very good communication skills
