Infosys is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with CDH Experience. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 12+ years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience in leading the technical team in implementing requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing CDH requirements
- Should be certified Pega LSA in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and its implementation.
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions both in PRPC and CDH.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions in the Finance Domain/Frameworks.
- Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) environment.
- Participate actively in the requirements design and build phases, deliver high-quality deliverables within the planned timelines.
- Design and configure flows and rules. Assist with the user interface and process workflow development.
- Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and risk.
- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global offshore/onshore model.
