About the Team:
Levine Financial Group, a part of Nicola Wealth, has been providing physicians with insurance, tax and estate planning services since 1967. Our team is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to update our database and support our marketing functions. This is a great early-career opportunity for someone that is eager to learn and grow in our business.
The location for this role will be on-site 5 days/week in our LFG Toronto office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Update our CRM software by collecting, sorting, reviewing and inputting information on prospective and existing clients in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Make phone calls to confirm discrepancies in clients’ general files, such as, calling for faxes, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience performing data entry functions is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Highly resourceful, organized, and proactive with a dedication to ensuring data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
This position comes with a base salary in the
$38,000 - $40,000 range, plus RRSP contribution, participation in our profit-sharing program, extended health and dental care, and the opportunity for long-term career growth and development.
