Job Description
Reporting to the Fundraising Lead, the Fundraising Administrator works closely with the Fundraising and Membership Manager and Fundraising Officer to ensure fundraising activities are captured and managed in the donor database while supporting the fundraising team.
This position intersects with JAZZ.FM91 events, including those designed for specific fundraising appeals and donor recognition. The Fundraising Administrator assists in coordinating the unique and popular Host Your Own Radio Show program and donor station tours. This position supports the organization’s transition from on-air fundraising appeals to more traditional fundraising practices.
This position works a minimum of two days per week at our station in Liberty Village.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with the growth of the organization’s monthly donor giving program
- Coordinate donor stewardship activities
- Provide administrative support for donor events
- Assist with on-air fundraising campaigns
