Key Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and manage customer-directed project timelines, providing accurate inquiry assessments and ensuring flawless execution of documents required for manufacturing customized cell culture media.
- Oversee change orders and manage product documentation strictly adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver results.
- Provide technical support to customers, internal teams, and training to junior scientists and manufacturing staff.
- Possess problem solving skills to support investigations, determine root cause, and implement CAPA plans.
- Design and support experiments. Identify and resolve elementary problems in experimental designs.
- Strong chemistry background with ability to perform calculations and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
- Additional responsibilities may be required to as needed and/or assigned.
Requirements- B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology/Biomedical engineering, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field;
- Proven experience in designing chemical and cell culture media formulations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00-$90,000.00.
