1MR One More Round is excited to be hiring an instructor to be part of our team for our locations in Downtown, Queen West, Woodbridge and Thornhill.

1MR One More Round Boxing and Kickboxing is seeking a dynamic and motivated boxing/kickboxing instructor for our Queen West - Dufferin location to inspire our members on their fitness journey. If you’re passionate about fitness, skilled in boxing and kickboxing techniques, and thrive in a supportive environment, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

Plan and Lead Energizing Classes: Follow and adapt 1MR class system of high-energy boxing/kickboxing sessions that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities, while bringing your style and personality.
Personalized Attention: Provide individualized feedback to members, helping them refine their technique and form.
Inclusive Atmosphere: Create a warm and welcoming environment that motivates and inspires our community to achieve their fitness goals.
Effective Communication: Engage with members, answer their questions, and offer guidance on exercise routines, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe workout space by ensuring equipment is well-maintained and sanitized.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to motivate and inspire members.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of proper boxing/kickboxing techniques and form.
Adaptability: Ability to modify exercises for various fitness levels.
Passion: A genuine love for fitness and helping others succeed.
Availability: Available to commute to our gyms in Queen West Toronto locations for classes.
Team Player: We’re a tight-knit team, and collaboration is key.
