How will you make an impact in this role?

Global Partner & Operational Support is an organization within the Global Services Group. Our team manages a complex, global network of third-party servicing partners who provide AXP with servicing flexibility and quality experiences for American Express card members and prospects.

The Business Analyst, within Central Infrastructure, will support with all sourcing activities including RFP documentation, conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, industry trends, and cost-saving opportunities. The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, performance, and financial stability to support effective decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Procurement or Global Servicing capabilities and configuration.
Strong collaboration skills.
Project Management skills.
Ability to manage, interpret and analyze large amounts of data and present to leadership.
Strong analytical skills, able to work with large set of data.
Strong understanding of the external BPO space.
Current BPO technology an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sourcing and leading RFP processes in a BPO environment.
Cross functional project management experience.
Experience with managing or working within Team SharePoint sites, Confluence, Shared Network Drives or any other enterprise tool or database.
Proficiency in second language (French, Spanish or German).
