Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and phone etiquette skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing a positive shopping experience for our customers, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with their purchases, providing product demos and answering any questions they may have.
- Operate a point of sale (POS) system, accurately handling sales transactions and managing cash and credit sales.
- Utilize retail sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing sales and revenue for the store.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and their features, providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other sales associates to ensure the store is well-stocked and customer needs are met.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store policies and procedures, adhering to them at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.89-$21.80 per hour
