Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.

Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Update and maintain databases with recent information
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Input alphabetic and numeric information into our systems
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required corrections

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized data entry systems
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis
- Strong clerical and organizational skills for effective file management
- Comfortable working in an office environment
