Air Fixx is Looking for a Superintendent Service Representative

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Understanding of condo building HVAC & mechanical systems and compactor and chute systems.
Comfortable with hand tools and equipment installation
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to develop and deliver training in both Spanish and English
Charismatic person able to develop and build relationships quickly
Asset: working experience as a building superintendent
Asset: Working experience in marketing or website design

Soft Skills and Competencies

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Requires strong customer relationship skills, organisational skills,
Adaptable to change
Excellent communication skills- comfort level with all levels of management.
Strong problem-solving skills, self-starting
Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
Experience as a condo super is an asset
