Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling a wide range of plumbing tasks independently or with a helper. The role involves servicing both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber or service technician.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Valid plumbing license (if applicable).
Own tools and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
Experience working with a helper or managing a small team.
